The team was appointed to oversee the setup, launch, and ongoing management of the West Bay Health Club facility in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities included facility planning, equipment selection, recruitment, SOP development, operational setup, membership strategy, staff training, performance reporting, and ongoing management oversight. The project successfully transformed the facility into a professionally managed fitness operation focused on member experience and sustainable growth.
