The team was engaged to conduct a comprehensive market and feasibility study for Origin Fitness, a proposed 120,000 sq. ft. integrated health, fitness, and wellness destination in Dubai.

The scope included market research, competitor benchmarking, demographic analysis, concept validation, financial modelling, revenue forecasting, and operational planning. The proposed facility incorporated a large-scale fitness club, group exercise studios, padel courts, food and beverage offering, recovery services, and integrated medical and healthcare components. The study provided the ownership group with a detailed roadmap covering market demand, commercial viability, facility mix, staffing requirements, operational structure, and projected financial performance, supporting informed investment and development decisions.
