Founder Ryan Bishop served as General Manager across Platform Studios’ Marina and DIFC locations, overseeing the day-to-day operations of two of Dubai’s leading premium boutique fitness facilities.

Responsibilities included operational leadership, sales management, recruitment, budgeting, customer experience, retention strategies, KPI management, team development, and commercial performance. The focus was on delivering operational excellence while supporting continued membership growth and building high-performing teams.
