The team managed the complete setup and launch of the TOPSTRETCHING Abu Dhabi facility.

The project included pre-opening planning, recruitment, staff onboarding, SOP development, technology implementation, membership pricing, marketing support, operational readiness, and launch execution. Following the successful opening, the team continued to provide management support to drive operational performance and membership growth.
