Yas Park by ALDAR — Abu Dhabi

The team was engaged to develop the concept, service offering, and operational framework for ALDAR’s flagship health, fitness, and sports destination at Yas Park.

Our scope included facility planning, activation strategies, programming development, staffing models, operational design, customer journey mapping, and business planning across the Clubhouse, Sports Dome, outdoor sports facilities, and wellness zones. The project focused on creating a community-driven destination that would establish a new benchmark for integrated lifestyle and wellness experiences in Abu Dhabi.
